Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy I understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes adjustments to your schedule are necessary. To ensure fairness to everyone, I have the following policy: Cancellation: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session will be charged in full. Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests made at least 48 hours before the session will be accommodated with no additional charge. Rescheduling within 48 hours will incur a rescheduling fee equal to 50% of the session rate, unless an emergency situation is communicated. No-Show: Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will result in the full session fee being charged. Please note that my services are not clinical psychotherapy or counseling. I provide psychoanalytically and philosophically informed coaching, which is meant to assist in personal and intellectual growth, not to address severe mental health conditions. This policy ensures I can manage my time effectively and offer availability to all clients. Thank you for your understanding.
